 Tonights dinner is falafel with brown rice, covered with a blanket of nonfat yogurt, and straddled by many fine strapping pieces of roma tomatos. First off, get your brown rice cooking. That will form the foundation of the meal, and you know what that means:
Use a regular falafel mix from Fred Meyer, or wherever you get your bulk foods. Add water until you can stir it into a paste. Let it sit, form patties, and fry them in cast iron of course:
