Mix enough berries to mostly fill a 13x9" baking dish with about 3/4 C sugar and 4 Tsp corn starch. Mix thoroughly, which will result in the berries turning into juicy mush. For topping, mix some Krusteaz "just add water" pancake mix with about 1/3 as much sugar, then enough water to make a thick batter/thin dough and spread over berries as well as possible without intermixing them. Bake for about an hour at 350 or until crust is brown. Great with vanilla ice cream. Not the best - some oats would be nice in the crust or some spices, but everyone seems to like it okay for dessert or breakfast.
